Iowa Division of Credit Unions Publishes Virtual Annual Meeting Guidance

Virtual Annual Meeting Vendor Due Diligence Self Help Resource from Barker, Hodgson & Miller, P.C.

Earlier this year, the Iowa Division of Credit Unions approved a variance document allowing credit union members to vote in-person at branches prior to credit union annual meetings. The variance was set to expire on December 31.


On Wednesday, the Division announced that the variation document is being extended through 2021. Read the variance document here.
